Project Manager

Key Responsibilities -

Project Coordination:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for both Sales Representatives & Manufacturing Teams for all on-going projects.
  • Coordinate project timelines, ensuring that deadlines are communicated effectively and met.
  • Schedule & lead regular project meetings with manufacturing leads to discuss progress, challenges, and action items.

Sales Liaison:

  • Work closely with the Sales Team to understand the client's requirements and expectations.
  • Clarify with the Sales Team project scope, specifications, and any special instructions from the clients.
  • Provide regular feedback to the Sales Team regarding feasibility, costs, and timelines for on-going projects.

Manufacturing Liaison:

  • Communicate project details, specifications, and any client preferences to the Manufacturing Team.
  • Ensure that the Manufacturing Team understands the requirements and expectations for each project.
  • Address any questions or concerns from the Manufacturing Team regarding project specifications or execution.

Resource Managment:

  • Coordinate with other Departments (i.e. Sourcing/Purchasing, Scheduler, Shipping) that all required resources have been accounted for to ensure completion of project.

Quality Control:

  • Conduct regular quality checks throughout the production process to identify and address and issues promptly.
  • Work with the Quality Team to troubleshoot any potential quality issues to ensure that corrective actions are implemented as needed.

Risk Management:

  • Identify potential risks or challenges that may impact project timelines or quality.
  • Work with the manufacturing team to develop strategies to address identified risks and minimize their impact on the projects.
  • Proactively communicate any risks or issues to RSSP Stakeholders and propose solutions to mitigate them.

Documentation and Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate records within Odoo of project details, including specifications, timelines, and communications.
  • Document lessons learned from completed projects that would help develop future improvements and best practices.

Customer Satisfaction:

  • Ensure that client expecations are met and exceeded for every project.
  • Proactively communicate with clients to provide updates on project status and address and concerns or questions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in project managment and client communication.
  • Good understanding of computers and willingness to learn necessary software programs.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
